Is Tibbun medical advice?
No. Tibbun shares Prophetic guidance and classical scholarship for knowledge and benefit. Every card includes safety notes and when to see a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first.
Where does the content come from?
Each card is written from the Arabic sources: the hadith collections and Ibn al-Qayyim’s classical work on Prophetic medicine. Every hadith shows its reference and grading. Weak and fabricated reports are included only where people commonly cite them, and are clearly marked.
I found a mistake. How do I report it?
Open the card and tap Report a mistake at the bottom. Our scholars and editors review every report. You can also email us.
Does Tibbun work offline?
Yes. The whole library is inside the app. When you are online, Tibbun quietly downloads corrections and new content.
I don’t get the Friday reminder.
Allow notifications for Tibbun in your phone’s Settings. The reminder arrives every Friday at 9 am, your phone’s local time.
Can I change the language or text size?
Yes, in My Kit → Settings. Tibbun is available in English and Bangla, with more languages planned.
I gave a gift by mistake. Can I get a refund?
Gifts are handled by Apple or Google. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone) or through Google Play’s order history (Android).
